I am a big fan of point and click style games. And this was a good one. But the animations I think took up too much time. The storyline was decent. The reason I gave this ** was because I never got the tequila worm. Got stranded on the island. So I deleted the game :D.

addicting game with simple controls

I really didnt expect this game to be this long. Really cool adventure. It reminds me of a lot of the cartoon Disney films from the 80s hahah. Sometimes when I click on my inventory I tend to miss it and it derps my character up.

A thoroughly enjoyable old-school point and click adventure game. The puzzles were never too frustrating, although people not acquainted with the adventure genre may find it difficult in parts, I suppose, especially one of the end puzzles - thought I was going to have to check the walkthrough until things suddenly clicked. I enjoyed the story, though I had not played the previous game. Music and voice acting are well done, very professional. My only gripe is the inventory icons are too small on the iPad, so you sometimes mess up. Also location icons can be a bit tricky to choose if there are many next to each other. There were a few little bugs during animation scenes, like when someone falls through a hole, before the scene transitions to the next room you briefly see them reappear. Its not a big deal, and I had no other issues. I definitely recommend this game to anybody who enjoys old-school adventure games, or anybody who enjoys those plentiful hidden object games and wants to try something different and, if I may say so, with much deeper gameplay.

I cant believe its free! Would have happily paid for a game with an engaging storyline, interesting puzzles and great graphics. Ive played the PC version of Broken Sword in the past, and enjoyed it immensely. But I think I enjoy this more! Great job, would love to see more games of this quality!

I should say this is an awesome serie!! Bringing back that serie on iPad is just wonderful! Cant wait to buy the next Broken Sword 5!!!

The game and plot were fine, nothing stupendous but the animation was good. HOWEVER the character motions were glitchy, so you think "thats not the solution because all he did was shake his head", go through the hints, and lo and behold you were right the first time, but you have to touch that spot 20 times to get it to work. Also, if you have to walk back and forth through the swamp more than once (which you do, sorry if thats a spoiler) you will agree youll be begging for a button to speed up walking from one side of the screen to the other.

Some of the voices are just ridiculous like the driver and the kid.

This is really too bad... Broken Sword was pretty good. Lots of puzzles and more interesting. This game is rather boring and methodical. Seems like they ran out of puzzle ideas or the writer got lazy. Also... Lots of bugs.... On the bright side... Customer service to fix or help is really quick. Im going to be expecting a whole lot more from your next game...

Excellent series ported real nicely to ios! Now we just need 3 & 4 in 2D ...future kickstarter project perhaps??

Love this series

The puzzles were not that difficult and the story line was alright (felt a bit rushed). What really bothered me about the game was the fact that after I completed certain missions, the mini movie scenes that were supposed to follow skipped (the ending scene also skipped). Please fix.

Old-fashioned point and click adventure game at its best. Funny lines, accents, great characters you enjoy interacting with, brain teaser puzzles. Controls can be frustrating at times.

Funny and killing time. A bit hard but you can solve it with hints.
