Great game but needs customization for mobile

Broken sword is a great game with nice story and characters. But in iphone the user interface is not quite friendly.
In some rooms it is quite hard to find exit button to leave the place. Also game needs fast skipping gesture. When you want to speak an npc the character walks all the way slowly until near to the npc and i could not find how to skip it.
